The Aligned Leader Program
Participants will engage in 9 sessions that will more closely resemble workshops than classes. There will be a wide array of leadership experiences from which everyone can learn. Understanding that adults learn by doing, there will be large and small group work to debate and discuss the topic of the day.
Participant engagement is expected; Folks who want a sit-and-get will enjoy something other than The Aligned Leader.
The program will begin with foundations of leadership and conclude with each participant's vision of how they want to be remembered in their role (and what they’re going to do to make that happen).
The session progression will follow this journey:
Week 1: Leadership Theory to Action
Week 2: Leadership, Management, and Power
Week 3: Empowerment: Self and Others
Week 4: Developing Team Culture
Week 5: The Empathic Leader
Week 6: Assessment and Understanding
Week 7: The Big Thoughts
Week 8: Succession and Development
Week 9: Your Legacy
Weeks 1, 5, and 9 will be on-site and scheduled for 2 hours. The remaining sessions will be on Zoom scheduled for 90 minutes.
As a function of professional development, education, and practice for leaders, this program will lead to several benefits.
Participants will be more likely to positively affect the culture of their teams, increase productivity and engagement, all while reducing dissatisfaction, turnover, or quiet quitting.
Date and Time
Wednesday Feb 5, 2025
3:00 PM - 5:00 PM PST
Starting February 5 and continuing weekly through April 2. Participants will be able to follow up with Dr. Jennings throughout the month of April.
Location
During the 9-week program, 3 meetings will be in-person and 6 will be online. Meeting location addresses and Zoom links will be sent to registered participants in advance.
Fees/Admission
Individual registration is $1,947 for those who pay in full in advance. Individuals choosing to pay monthly will invest $750 per month for the 3 month program.
Companies and organizations who send more than one participant will receive a discounted rate for the 2nd and subsequent participants.
