\n\nThe Aligned Leader Program
\nParticipants will engage in 9 sessions that will more closely resemble workshops than classes. There will be a wide array of leadership experiences from which everyone can learn. Understanding that adults learn by doing\, there will be large and small group work to debate and discuss the topic of the day.
\n\nParticipant engagement is expected\; Folks who want a sit-and-get will enjoy something other than The Aligned Leader.
\n\nThe program will begin with foundations of leadership and conclude with each participant'\;s vision of how they want to be remembered in their role (and what they&rsquo\;re going to do to make that happen).
\n\nThe session progression will follow this journey:

\n\nWeeks 1\, 5\, and 9 will be on-site and scheduled for 2 hours. The remaining sessions will be on Zoom scheduled for 90 minutes.
