Cameronne Mosher Promoted to State President at First Interstate Bank

SPOKANE, Wash.—Cameronne Mosher has been promoted to State President at First Interstate Bank. In this new role, Mosher will serve as a cornerstone of the Bank’s Washington leadership team, engaging with teams across the state to ensure expedient decision-making and strong community engagement.
Mosher has been with First Interstate for four years, previously serving as Market President in Bend, Oregon, and Spokane. She has over 34 years of experience in the financial industry. “Our success in Washington starts with strong teams and a commitment to community,” Mosher shared. “By empowering our employees and listening to our clients, we deliver solutions that matter—for the people and places we serve.”
Mosher’s leadership includes board service with the Humane Society of Central Oregon, supporting programs that help families stay together with their pets and reinforce the fabric of local communities. She has also contributed to regional economic initiatives through the Economic Development Corporation of Central Oregon and the Regional Business Coalition, collaborating with business and civic leaders to assess policy impacts, advocate for smart growth, and elevate cross‑sector solutions.
