About Us

Dr. Freeman began practicing his craft and settled in Reno, Nevada. After gaining experience, he travelled to Spokane to visit a former classmate from his time at CSU. His experience with the city, surrounding areas and those he met while in town helped him fall in love with Spokane. Dr. Freeman relocated to Spokane shortly after his initial visit to begin his practice anew.
Once he had settled, Dr. Freeman purchased Millwood Animal Clinic of which he was the owner and primary Veterinarian for many years. Dr. Freeman remained at this practice for over 40 years until he sold it to head into retirement. Though briefly retired, he was constantly reminded of his love for his four-legged friends through the clientele he had helped and healed through his many years of practice. Being reminded of his passion and desire to help and teach, Dr. Freeman returned to practicing as a relief veterinarian.
Dr. Freeman has worked the last 5 years full-time and in 2023 started working 1 day a week at Spokane Veterinary Clinic as well. He is excited to have the opportunity to return as the full-time veterinarian. Dr. Freeman and his staff look forward to working with you and utilizing their expertise to assist your four-legged friends.
