Lennar Corporation, founded in 1954 by Leonard Miller, a successful real estate developer, and Arnold Rosen, an accomplished entrepreneur. The two businessmen chose to combine their names to create “Lennar” by blending the syllable of their first names, reflecting a partnership between the two individuals, together pronounced as “len-are”.
