Business Development Specialist (Strategic Partnerships & Referrals)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist (Strategic Partnerships & Referrals) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with qualified strategic referral partners, as well as positioning potential clients for discovery or consult meetings with coaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish relationships with qualified strategic referral partners.
  • Utilize our CRM to manage and track interactions and relationships.
  • Position potential clients for discovery and/or consult meetings with a coach.
  • Communicate effectively within the business community to expand networking opportunities.
  • Execute prospecting and networking strategies to generate new business leads.
  • Follow a structured sales process to close new business.
  • Leverage social media platforms for prospecting and networking.
  • Secure referrals from clients, strategic partners, and other business contacts.
  • Create and maintain strategic partnerships and host beneficiary relationships.
  • Develop and manage a referral program to enhance business growth.
  • Conduct bold, cold, and warm outreach to potential strategic and referral partners.
  • Implement phone and email marketing campaigns to engage prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or networking.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and social media for business development.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive approach to securing partnerships.

Job Location:

This position will be based at our Spokane Valley office with a flexible schedule and potentially some remote working.

Hours:

Our office hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. There will be various networking and other events that are outside of office hours that this position will be required to attend. This is a part-time position initially with the potential to evolve too full-time. Hours are to be determined.

If you are self-employed, we are open to a retainer agreement as well.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
