Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving attendance and engagement for our cornerstone events, including GrowthCLUB, 90-Day Planning Sessions, Lunch & Learns, and MasterCLASSES. Your focus will be on building relationships, identifying opportunities to connect with prospective and existing clients, and ensuring each event is filled with the right mix of business owners and professionals.
You’ll work closely with the coaching and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies, manage follow-ups, and coordinate event communications that inspire participation. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on engagement — perfect for someone who thrives on connecting people, promoting growth-focused programs, and turning interest into action.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive attendance for GrowthCLUB, 90-Day Planning, Lunch & Learn, and MasterCLASSES events.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through direct marketing which includes but is not limited to calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Build relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat participation.
  • Coordinate event communication, including invitations, reminders, and confirmations.
  • Work with marketing to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Track and report on outreach metrics and attendance goals.

The Perfect Candidate for this Role Must Have:
  • Experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to marketing and outreach.

Performance Expectation: 1 prospect per week as defined by the firm.
Job Location:
This position will be based at our Spokane Valley office with a flexible schedule and potentially some remote work.
Hours:
20 Hours per week. Our office hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. The firm holds weekly meetings that require mandatory attendance. There will be various networking and other events that are outside of office hours that this position will be required to attend. This is a part-time position initially with the potential to evolve to full-time.
Pay:
 $22 per hour and bonuses per our bonus structure.
