World Cooking: Mediterranean Food
Registration is required. Registered participants will receive the recipe and ingredients list prior to the presentation. Then, participants can purchase and prepare the ingredients in advance, to cook along with the chef.
Chef Susan from Gabe’s Gourmet Foods demonstrates the preparation of a traditional Mediterranean dish in an online presentation while you follow along in your home kitchen. Chef Susan also shares tidbits about the culture of Mediterranean food.
