SPOKANE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION FUNDING STRATEGY 2020
- Needs to portray a unified transportation system that is focus on economic impact
- Needs to include major projects in each in each of the legislative districts
- Needs to be buildable within 5 years
- Needs to have commitment from the jurisdiction that it is the major ask
- Projects to be funded must have a relationship to each other to be included in package
- Total Spokane funding at about 7% of an entire package
- Must be road projects as the funding source is from gas tax
- Other projects, i.e. transit, bike/ped, etc should be in separate package
