The State of the City presentation by City of Spokane Valley Mayor, Rod Higgins, will provide an overview of the City's accomplishments, goals, projects and programs towards creating and sustaining a great quality of life; attracting economic development; supporting business success; accommodating future growth; building and maintaining our infrastructure; building a strong and educated workforce; strengthening the City's unique identity and supporting a healthy community through parks and recreational opportunities.
