Responding to EEOC Complaints Webinar
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) investigates administrative complaints of employment discrimination under Title VII and the ADA (and other federal laws). While prevention of discrimination claims is still the best practice, the number of complaints filed annually with the EEOC continues to grow every year. In 2016, for example, the EEOC had 91,503 charges of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation to investigate.
