Mentorship Matters
This workshop introduces you to the Six Steps to effective mentoring and teaching that you can apply immediately on the job with measurable results. The goal of the six modules is to help you develop a positive teacher/learner relationship with the next generation of employees to ensure the success of an organization for the future. Attendees will learn strategies for communicating knowledge, providing feedback, and allowing the learner to demonstrate the new skill. Participants will: Understand the responsibilities of a mentor and on-the-job leader and create a safe environment for new workers to practice their skills.
