Introduction to Lean
SME Spokane is hosting a class on Lean Manufacturing, taught by subject matter expert: Tim Poling - Lean on Purpose.
Have you heard about the power of Lean to lower the cost of doing business? Would your company benefit from reduced costs and lead time, increased capacity and quality? Come prepared for a hands-on simulation and learn about Lean principles.
This is a free preview to an upcoming 8-week paid course that will be a combination of presentation, simulation, and group discussion.
Some of the materials that will be covered include: Flow, Kanban, and Waste.
NOTE: This event is limited to U.S. citizens due to the nature of the hosting site.
Who should attend? Engineers, students, managers, purchasing agents, buyers, specifiers, and anyone else interested in Lean Manufacturing.
