Growing Business Value
GROWING BUSINESS VALUE
Moving Beyond Profits to What Matters Most
OVERVIEW:
Most entrepreneurs spend their entire career chasing profits only to discover that in doing so they have sacrificed the transferable value of their business. Unless the business is losing money, or is unable to pay its bills, owners spend less time focusing on the “quantitative” factor of profits and focus more intentionally on the “qualitative” factors that can make their business more sustainable and more valuable.
In this seminar, Paul Brown, an experienced small business advisor, interim executive and founder of Clearstone Wealth Management, will explain how business appraisals work and the steps owners can take to grow the transferable value of their small business or professional practice. Attendees will receive real world and practical examples that will help them easily understand the steps they can take to increase the value of their company while increasing its profits.
