Dr. What or: How I Learned to be a Genuinely Curious Boss

Reporters are taught to ask who, what, where, when, why, and how. Curious Boss’s focus on what. What do we know, What actually occurred, What if we change one thing, What is keeping us from being awesome? Leaders will more deeply develop curiosity and inquiry without seeming accusatory or like a Captain Smartypants. Participants will create their own personalized plan to increase their use of curiosity.
