Dementia Caregivers Workshop: Risk Reduction

Find out about various lifestyle changes that have been shown to reduce the risk of dementia and slow cognitive decline. 

For both unpaid and professional caregivers, these workshops provide an in-depth exploration of topics related to dementia. Topics discussed include the warning signs of dementia, starting the conversation with someone who may have signs of dementia, and the process for diagnosis.
