 In today's business environment, a successful executive needs to have more than a high IQ ?they need a high EQ, or Emotional Quotient, as well.

Kevin Parker is a former state representative, a current owner of several Dutch Bros. and teaches in the Leadership Programs at Whitworth University and Gonzaga University. His approach to leadership combines both IQ and EQ to create strong leaders who are able to bond with their staff and empathize with their struggles in order to build a highly effective team with increased productivity. The event will also feature an update on the Big 5 with an overview of the Chamber's 2019 priorities.
