SHIBA is a statewide network of trained volunteers who advocate for and assist consumers with Medicare.\n\nAging & Long Term Care of Eastern Washington (ALTCEW) is the local sponsor of SHIBA and provider of Medicare education. ALTCEW also provides education and support on the topics of dementia and memory loss\, fall prevention\, and others.
