DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, September 6\, 2025 @ Cowles Scout Reservation\, Diamond Lake\, WA\n\n\n\nIt is the mission of the Diamond Tri Your Best to inspire young people to engage in physical activity by bringing the world of scouting and triathlons together. We are working with the Inland Northwest Scout Council to promote the event for all youth (scouts or not) in the region. In addition\, we encourage any first-time participants\, not matter what age\, who want to experience the fun and challenge of a triathlon to sign up.\nDISTANCE & COURSE OPTIONS:\n\n\n	SuperSprint   200 yards swim\, 6 miles bike\, 1.5 miles trail run\n	Sprint   400 yards swim\, 12 miles bike\, 3 miles trail run\n	Olympic   1600 yards swim\, 23 miles bike\, 6 miles trail run\n	Relay options for Sprint & Olympic (1 swimmer\, 1 biker\, 1 runner in teams of 2 or 3 people\n\n\nAGES:\n\n\n	SuperSprint (ages 11+)\n	Sprint (ages 18+)\n	Olympic (ages 18+)\n\n\nWhat is included with your registration fee:\n\n\n	Finisher T shirt for each participant\n	Finisher Medal for each participant\n	Swim Cap\n	Electronic Timed Results\n	Lunch from David's Pizza\n	Breakfast can be purchased separately
