Schweitzer III\, President\, Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories\n\n\n\nSchweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) has been making electric power safer\, more reliable\, and more economical for over 30 years. SEL has grown from half a dozen employees working in Dr. Schweitzer's basement to over 4\,000 employees worldwide\, meeting the complex and unique needs of their customers with the highest levels of quality and service in the industry. As a company\, SEL employee owners endeavor to incorporate innovation and creativity into the work that they do for an industry that moves energy at the speed of light.
