World Cooking: Mediterranean Food

Chef Susan from Gabe’s Gourmet Foods demonstrates the preparation of a traditional Mediterranean dish in an online presentation while you follow along in your home kitchen. Chef Susan also shares tidbits about the culture of Mediterranean food.
