Maturing Human Body 101
Dr. Kelli Pearson will be presenting a four-hour workshop for anyone who wants to learn the very BARE essentials to allow for healthy and happy aging. Dr. Kelli feels we should be growing "bold" not old. After 35 years of chiropractic practice, she has figured out what a person should do EVERY day to feel vital and strong as you mature. The best part is that it takes an average of 15 minutes per day, and that can be split into 10 minutes in the a.m. and 10 minutes in the evening. It's all about health span with less focus just on lifespan. Let's feel good until our very final day.
