One of the greatest challenges in putting together a winning team or department is getting all of those unique personalities to actually work together! Too often, people tend to put people in a 'box' and attach labels such as 'too quiet' or 'won't make up their mind'. Learn how to work with different personality types by focusing on what they bring, and teach your team how to appreciate what each person brings to the work group.
