Managing a Multi-Generational Workforce
In the next five years, there will be five generations represented in the Workplace. Twenty-eight year olds will be managing employees old enough to be their grandparents. The potential for age discrimination lawsuits are on the rise as supervisors grapple with performance based issues. In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the challenges facing supervisors who must motivate and manage several generations at once along with how to better understand the work habits and preferences of each.
