Business Connections Lunch
Culture is one of the primary tools at top leaders’ disposal in their journey to maintain organizational effectiveness. Culture can be elusive, as much of it is anchored in unspoken behaviors and mindsets. Leaders have the power to help shape culture, through both conscious and unconscious actions.
For better and worse, culture and leadership are linked. Great leaders are typically aware of the culture(s) found within a company and can sense when change is required. It is common for leaders to be puzzled by culture. Many allow it to go un-managed or, let it become a secondary concern for the business.
Join us as we explore culture’s power and dynamics and learn how several local leaders have integrated culture into their strategic plans.
